I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am licensed in St. Paul, Minneapolis, Maplewood and Bloomington to perform Truth in Sale of Housing Inspections, and I also perform inspections for buyers and sellers. 

My background is in construction; and as a carpenter, I understand the various components of houses and their construction. I am also a licensed Minnesota building contractor.  My experience in remodeling directly contributes to my understanding problems in houses and my ability to communicate them to my clients. 

I have always lived in houses that were built before 1920, and I have remodeled many older homes in the metro area.  I am very familiar with the traditional building techniques that are typical in the Twin Cities housing stock.

I have supplemented my on-the-job experience with classes at Inver Hills Community College and at Pro Source Educational Services dealing with mechanical systems, structure and report writing. I have also passed the National Home Inspector Examination.

Home buyers and sellers will find my reports to be organized and easy to understand. Clients requiring Truth in Sale of Housing Inspections will appreciate my promptness and professionalism.
